Okay here is my bread recipe.
4 1/2 cups of very warm water
4 Tbsp. Yeast (Dissolved in water)
4 tsp. Salt (could use 2 tsp.)
6-8 Tbsp. Sugar or 4 oz Honey (8 Tbsp=1/2 cup)
4 Tbsp. Oil
10 - 13 cups Flour
Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt, sugar, oil, and enough flour to make a soft dough. Place dough on floured surface covered and let rise 15 minutes. Knead till air is out. Divide into 4 parts. Shape into loaves and place into greased loaf pans and cover. Let rise 30 min. May take longer to rise in colder weather and how much wheat flour used. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
I add wheat flour, rye flour, herbs and other fun things. I have even used brown sugar, butter and cinnamon and made cinnamon swirl bread. I use bread flour from Sam's club. I use bread flour instead of all purpose flour for all my baking.
Hope you enjoy!

Baby in a Tub!
Lilia fit in this tub when she was little. I use it now for her dirty clothes. She found it by the washer and climbed in to the tub. The plug is at the end of the tub. She is very interested in it. Rub-a-dub Tub Three Men in a Tub? Nope just Lilia. Watching her get out of the tub was fun to watch. She is so funny and curious.

Christmas Decorations
I am almost ready. A little here and little there and I will be done. Need to find the Christmas music and clean for company. I love this time of year! Oh, trying to bake more cookies and yummy food. Many of the decorations I will leave in the box because Lilia can get to them!

Gate at the top of the Stairs
Lilia is so funny about the gate. She is starting to figure out that it keeps her from the stairs. When I took the picture I was on the other side of the gate and she did not like this. I have helped her crawl down the stairs and up the stairs. She likes going up better than down.

Stuck!
She has not gotten stuck in too many places, yet. She is so funny. She was grunting trying to squeeze through. I came to investigate and found her stuck. She was reaching for me.

Lilia had a great time playing. New toys for her and she loved watching the girls. The oldest is 4 years old and the twins are 1 year old. I had a great time. Thanks for having us!
