"Everywhere in nature we are taught the lessons of patience and waiting. We want things a long time before we get them, and the fact that we wanted them a long time makes them all the more precious when they come." Joseph F. Smith

Two dishes drop from the drying rack....
This is what I find. She is sitting on the bowl and the other is on her head. Do you think they are still clean?

A Short Story, A Long Day...
Cast iron and a baby's head equal a bump on the head, a call to Daddy, the Doctor and medicine. She is okay, now. The picture of her forehead was taken late afternoon and this happened after breakfast this morning. She is climbing everything and has no concern for her safety.

TN Iris
This is the first Iris we got. Smells really pretty as well. The lilies should bloom next. Lilia has no interest in the iris. Her teeth may be bothering her, molars.

Fire Hydrant
Lilia found the fire hydrant in the neighbors yard. She is not as tall as the hydrant. The city put a blue tag on the chain and she is inspecting it.

Walking Daddy
Lilia is spending time with Daddy while Mommy makes dinner. She loves walking him around and going where she wants to go. She likes the neighbors driveway because it is slanted. She works hard to get up the hill and then laughs all the way down. Makes me nervous. I love it when she reaches for your finger. I love how in the picture Daddy and Lilia are in step.

Chairs and Couches
Lilia can climb up on chairs and couches by herself. I have always gotten her down so far. I am trying to teach her the safe way down. She did get off the couch correctly! Yeah!

My Hat
Lilia ran off with my hat. She had a great time playing with it. Hard to get a picture of her wearing my hat because she took it off as fast as I put it on her head. She loves playing!

Treat from Daddy!
Daddy left a treat on his laptop for Lilia. We found the treat, a lollipop! What a beautiful mess she is! I put her in her high chair because sticky fingers were touching everything. Thank you Daddy!

Mammoth Cave
Lilia fell asleep on the way with her hand in her snack pack. Also here she is in the cave. We went with the YSA. She had a great time.
