A Bed for a Princess

We set a bed up for Lilia in Elayna's room. We are hoping Lilia will love her new bed. She loves her princess bed and has slept in her new bed a few times. So now the girls share a room. Most of the toys are in the other room.

Clean Girls

After bath time my two clean girls are all smiles. They love bath time and playing in the tub.

Playing with Playdough

Elayna is learning about playdough. She tried to eat it but found it did not taste good. She then played and had a great time with the playdough. The faces she made were great. I stuck the playdough on her fingers.

Rainbow

Lilia let me fix her hair today. I wore this rainbow in my hair when I was little. Lilia has worn it a couple of times. I love my little rainbow, Lilia!

Reading at Library

Elayna loves the library. She climbs onto the chairs, looks at books and runs as fast as she can in all different directions.

Sleeping and the Wind

Lilia and Elayna are on the same nap time! Yeah! I love looking at their beautiful faces.
The wind is going crazy outside. I am not excited about the forecast for the rest of the day. It is almost 80 degrees and cold front is coming....warm and cold air equals tornadoes. After nap time we are playing downstairs. We have our safe spot ready. Just hope we don't have to go there.

What is the weather today?

We have been talking about the weather lately. Lilia changes the chart depending on what she sees outside. We have changed the weather chart more than once a day because the weather here is crazy.  We had strong winds yesterday and more coming tomorrow.

Driving Miss Elayna

Lilia loves these car shopping carts. They make shopping so much easier. Elayna is becoming a fan of them as well. She smiled the whole time. I buckled her into the seat but she did not try to get out.

Puzzles

Lilia is interested in puzzles. We got a 3 in one puzzle for her birthday. They are not the best design for 3 year old. I do not know a lot about puzzles but I am learning a few things. I thought this puzzle would be great because it is on thin wood and not cardboard. The puzzle pieces are interchangeable--the picture does not match but the puzzle pieces fit. This confuses Lilia and she gets frustrated. Well she gets frustrated faster.  The pictured puzzle is cardboard and the pieces are unique. She enjoyed the puzzle and did not get frustrated. So, when buying a puzzle, take a closer look especially if puzzle is for a younger child.
