My Dad passed away tonight. I am going to miss him so much. I know he is with loved ones. I am sure his mom came to get him. He is running and free from his crippled and failing body.
Here are few memories: They are random.
His mission picture.
Stink Juice: what my little brothers called it.
Ties: Before his stroke he always had a perfect knot.
He used this to shave when I was little girl.
My Mom and Dad's wedding announcement.
Love you Dad! I know you will he busy and will check up on us.

Freedom Park
We went to the park this morning. Wow, it is hot here. I forgot how hot it is in Florida. The girls are having fun playing. We have made two trips to the bathroom. I packed home made bread given to us by friends and water. Yummy.
**I use to play tag at night at this park as teenager. It was neat to see it again.

Lunch near Grandpa
I packed a lunch for me and the girls. I got to visit with my dad while girls played in the play room. Then we had lunch on his patio area. These pictures were taken near front lobby outside.
2nd Cousins
My cousins on my dad's side of the family stopped by. When I was a teenager I baby sat them and took them for ice cream. Here is a picture of our kids. 2nd cousins!

Helping Grandma H pick Beans
The girls love being outside and do not mind being in the hot humidity. They helped Grandma H. pick green beans. I think having their own buckets was what they loved.

Zebra Feather
We have the best neighbors ever! I found a feather in the front lawn and added it to our neighbors mailbox. He has a collection started. He already had one and the girls loved looking at that feather. I was so happy to surprise him. I saw him couple of days later and asked him about the striped feather. He had originally found it and put it on our mailbox but it came off during the storms and that is when I found it. So funny. The girls love this feather a lot. They called it a zebra feather because it looks like stripes on a zebra.
