Wheat Thin Crackers

Here are my home made wheat thin crackers.
I changed the recipe a little.

I used soaked wheat that I then dried. Not necessary.

In blender mix till smooth:
1 1/2 Cups of whole wheat kernels
1 Cup warm water
1/3 Cup oil (olive oil and coconut oil)
3/4 tsp salt
I added garlic powder, oregano and basil.

In another bowl:
1 1/2 Cup white flour

Pour and scrape out the mixture in the blender and dump into the bowl with the white flour. Make a dough. Roll on an ungreased cookie sheet. Score and the pricked with fork to make crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden and crisp.

This recipe comes from, Essentials of Home Production & Storage.
